Following the incredible response to our live online classes, we’re so please to announce the launch of our brand new on-demand streaming platform, Hotpod Home.

The platform features videos ranging from 5 to 60 minutes in length, led by our fabulous lead teaching team, including co-founder Nick Higgins. The videos are designed for all levels and will hopefully help our community keep up with their home yoga practice while the UK remains under instruction to stay home.

In addition to our signature Hotpod Flow, Nurturing Flow and Dynamic Flow classes, we’ve also created a new collection of specialised flows including core workouts, kids yoga, and chair yoga for those with limited mobility.

Each video has been filmed inside our beautiful immersive studios, with the same soundtrack of chilled beats that our customers have grown to know and love. All that’s missing is the heat, but don’t worry – the videos will have you warmed up in no time.
