We’re over the moon to be able to reopen our studio, and we’re doing everything we can to protect our customers and teachers.
Here’s a few of the changes that you can expect:
Please try and arrive 15 minutes before the class starts so that we have time to get you set up. For security reasons, we really can’t let anyone in if late, so expect a locked door once the class starts.
We have a xxx cancellation policy on all classes, cancellations within that timeframe will not be refunded.

To join your class, head to the ‘upcoming bookings’ section of the website or app and click ‘join now’ for the class. If you are booking via the app, ensure you have downloaded the latest version.
You’ll be able to join the class via Zoom 15 minutes before it begins. You don’t need a Zoom account to join the class – just follow the below steps:
1. Click ‘Launch Meeting’
2. Choose whether to launch the meeting via the Zoom app or your internet browser
3. You can choose whether to have your video on or off.
Once you’ve joined the class, the instructor will explain the rest!

Can’t find your upcoming bookings?
In the app: Click the Hotpod logo at the top left of the app.
On the website: Select ‘my account’ from the dropdown menu at the top right.
